The European Space Agency (ESA) is Europe’s gateway to space. Its mission is to shape the development of Europe’s space capability and ensure that investment in space continues to deliver benefits to the citizens of Europe and the world. ESA is an international organisation with 22 member States. Why it is essential for Grade 9 and 10 students to know about compliance? How will it help you in your future career? In this session, we will focus on one specific type of the compliance: International Trade Compliance.
Nikhef performs research into the elementary building blocks of our Universe, their mutual forces and the structure of space and time. Nikhef's researchers looks for answers to the main physics questions of our time. From what fundamental building blocks has the world around us been built up? How did our Universe come to be? Do we understand the fundamental principles of everyday laws of nature? Where has the anti-matter in our Universe gone? What is the structure of space and time, and what do gravitational waves tell us?
Albert 't Hooft will take you behind the scenes and show you how an animation film gets made. From writing the story, to character development, world building, to final moving image on the silver Screen. Animation film productions requires many creative talents working together to get a film made.
We are going to discuss the importance of cyber security: “Being aware of risks when using modern day technologies. For example: log in/log off, passwords, social media, cyber bullying, and online gaming. Some technical demo and video will be provided to support the discussion.
