Another important and exciting event celebrated by the RISS community. It is also organized by the PTA in the month of November on a Friday evening, inviting all parents to come have a drink or two with some finger food. After the students have settled into their school routines and 1st school term almost closing in towards its end, this evening on a wintry evening gives an excellent opportunity for parents and teachers to mingle and have fun over a myriad of topics. 

Life as an expat in a new place is not always easy. A lot of information is required to settle down in a new place. The PTA realizes these challenges that people often face in a new environment and organizes coffee mornings for the new parents once in a while so they can get information from other parents in the group or a PTA member can guide them to a correct information source. 

The last day of the school year, before school closes for summer vacation, RISS has its sports day. After the sporting event comes to a finish, we conclude the year with a school wide BBQ. All students and staff are treated to a BBQ with music and fun - it's a well deserved celebration for students who have worked hard, learnt well and grown up to move a grade ahead after summer. The PTA organizes this event to make it fun-filled for the whole community.
